Pistol Glock 19 Gen 5. The fifth generation of the most popular model of this Austrian brand. According to the manufacturer, it has changed virtually all parts that are not compatible with previous versions. At first glance, there is no cut on the fingers in the external appearance, which is to improve ergonomics. This seems a logical procedure, because it is impossible to create the perfect handle for small and large hands.
In Glock 19 5th generation, left-handed shooters were also thought of, which is why the release lever is located on both the left and right side.
From the outside, you can also see the enlarged magazine slot, allowing its easier and faster replacement. The good news is that magazines from previous models fit into the 5th generation.
Following the analysis of the external appearance, it is impossible not to notice the abandonment of the "edge" of the lock in favor of bevelled edges. In addition, Glock 19 Gen 5 has been finished with an nDLC coating to protect against rust and mechanical damage
