TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WA100A.JAMMAS.PL ONLINE STORE
Effective as of 15 July 2026
§1. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing the use of the online store available at https://wa100a.jammas.pl, including in particular the rules for placing orders, concluding sales agreements, making payments, delivery of goods, provision of services by the Seller, and the complaint handling procedure.

hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
- The Store conducts retail and wholesale sales of products related to shooting sports, hunting, survival, outdoor activities, safety equipment and tactical gear, and provides gunsmithing, maintenance, training and other services offered by the Seller.
- These Terms and Conditions are permanently available on the Store's website in a manner allowing their download, storage and printing.
- By using the Store, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
§2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Store – the online store operated at https://wa100a.jammas.pl.
Seller – Jammas Sp. z o.o.
Customer – any natural person, legal entity or organizational unit purchasing Goods or Services through the Store.
Consumer – a Customer who qualifies as a consumer under applicable provisions of Polish law.
Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights – a sole trader who is granted consumer protection under applicable Polish consumer protection legislation.
Goods – products offered by the Seller.
Services – services provided by the Seller, including gunsmithing, maintenance, servicing, training or other services available in the Seller's offer.
Business Days – Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
§3. Conditions for Using the Store
- Use of the Store is voluntary.
- Orders may only be placed by persons who are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity.
- By placing an order, the Customer declares that they meet the requirements specified in paragraph 2.
- The Customer is obliged to provide accurate and truthful information.
- The following actions are prohibited:
- providing false information;
- using the Store for unlawful purposes;
- attempting to compromise the security of the Store;
- providing unlawful or illegal content.
6. The Seller may refuse to process an order or suspend a Customer's account if there is a justified suspicion that these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws have been violated.
§4. Store Offer
- Information presented on the Store's website constitutes an invitation to enter into a contract and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
- Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only. The actual appearance of a product may differ slightly due to manufacturing specifications or the display settings of the Customer's device.
- The Seller makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions are accurate. In the event of an obvious error concerning a product description, price or technical specification, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order after informing the Customer accordingly.
- Product availability displayed in the Store is for information purposes only and may change.
- All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT), unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular product.
§5. Restricted Products
- Certain products offered by the Seller are subject to restrictions imposed by applicable law.
- Products requiring compliance with additional legal requirements may only be released once such requirements have been satisfied.
- The Online Store does not sell firearms online where the purchase requires a firearms licence or other statutory acquisition documents.
- Such products may be displayed in the Store for informational purposes only.
- The sale of firearms, ammunition and other regulated products is carried out exclusively in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process an order if:
- the submitted documents raise reasonable doubts as to their authenticity;
- the required documents are not provided;
- processing the order would violate applicable law; or
- circumstances indicate a potential breach of legal regulations.
7. Where necessary for the proper execution of an order, the Seller may request additional documents or information from the Customer.
§6. Placing and Processing Orders
- Orders may be placed through the Store twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
- To place an order, the Customer shall:
- select the Goods and/or Services;
- add them to the shopping cart;
- provide the information required to complete the order;
- select the preferred delivery or collection method and payment method; and
- confirm the order.
3. After an order has been placed, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the order.
4. The sales agreement is concluded upon the Seller's confirmation that the order has been accepted for processing.
5. The Seller reserves the right to contact the Customer in order to:
- verify customer information;
- clarify the contents of the order;
- confirm product availability; or
- agree on the expected completion or delivery date.
6. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the Seller shall promptly inform the Customer and refund any payment already received.
7. The Seller may refuse to process an order where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, unlawful activity or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
§7. Prices and Payment
- Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed in the Store are gross prices and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Delivery charges are presented before the Customer places an order.
- The Customer may use the payment methods made available in the Store, including in particular:
- online payment services;
- BLIK;
- payment cards;
- bank transfer;
- cash on delivery, where available for the selected delivery or collection method.
4. Payment processing services are provided by payment service providers cooperating with the Seller.
5. If payment is not received within the required timeframe, the Seller may cancel the order.
6. Sales documents (receipt or VAT invoice) are issued on the basis of the information provided by the Customer when placing the order.
§8. Delivery and Collection
- Orders are delivered within the territory of Poland and to other countries where permitted by applicable law and the Seller's commercial offer.
- Delivery is carried out by courier or logistics providers cooperating with the Seller, or through personal collection where available.
- The order fulfilment period is calculated from:
- the date on which payment is credited to the Seller's account;
- confirmation of the order; or
- fulfilment of any additional legal requirements, where applicable.
4. The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers or by circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control.
5. Upon delivery, the Customer should inspect the shipment. If the packaging is visibly damaged, the Customer is advised to prepare a damage report together with the carrier.
6. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery of the Goods.
§9. Products Subject to Special Requirements
- Products whose sale or release is subject to statutory requirements shall only be released after successful verification of all required documents.
- The Seller may require the Customer to present documents confirming their legal entitlement to purchase a given product.
- Failure to provide the required documentation shall result in refusal to release the Goods.
- If the submitted documents are found to be inconsistent or if there are reasonable doubts as to the legality of the transaction, the Seller reserves the right to refuse to process the order.
§10. Gunsmithing and Maintenance Services
- The Seller provides gunsmithing, maintenance, repair and servicing services in accordance with its current offer.

3. The scope of work shall be agreed individually with the Customer.
4. If, during the performance of the service, additional defects are identified or work outside the originally agreed scope proves necessary, the Seller shall inform the Customer before carrying out such work, unless its immediate performance is necessary to ensure safety or to complete the work already commenced.
5. Any completion date provided for the service is an estimate only and may change due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control, including but not limited to the procurement of spare parts, waiting for the manufacturer's warranty decision, or unforeseen technical circumstances.
6. The Customer is obliged to collect the serviced item within the agreed period after being notified that the work has been completed.
7. If the serviced item is not collected within ninety (90) days from the date on which the Customer was informed that the service had been completed, the Seller may charge storage fees in accordance with its current price list.
8. In the case of warranty repairs carried out through the manufacturer or importer, completion times depend on the procedures applicable to the respective warranty provider.
§11. Right of Withdrawal
- A Customer who is a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights is entitled to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Customer takes possession of the Goods, subject to the exceptions provided for under applicable law.

Submission of the form constitutes an effective declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
3. Upon submission of the withdrawal form, the Customer will receive confirmation of its receipt together with further instructions regarding the return of the Goods.
4. The Customer shall return the Goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after submitting the notice of withdrawal.
5. The Goods should be returned in a condition that does not exceed what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
6. Any refund shall be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer or, where technically feasible, using the same payment method originally used by the Customer.
7. The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the cases specified by applicable law, including in particular:
- Goods manufactured according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- Services that have been fully performed with the Customer's prior consent;
- Goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items;
- any other cases excluded under applicable law.
§12. Complaints
- The Seller shall be liable for the conformity of the Goods with the sales contract in accordance with applicable law.

3. Submission of the relevant complaint form constitutes an effective complaint under the selected procedure.
4. Warranty claims shall be processed in accordance with the warranty terms established by the manufacturer or importer of the Goods.
5. Claims submitted under the statutory legal warranty shall be processed in accordance with the applicable provisions governing consumer sales, including the relevant provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
6. After the complaint has been registered, the Customer will receive confirmation of receipt together with information regarding the complaint procedure, including instructions for returning the Goods to the Seller where required.
7. A complaint should include sufficient information to identify the purchase and describe the reported issue. To facilitate the complaint process, the Customer may attach photographs, video recordings or other materials documenting the defect.
8. Complaints shall be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the complaint or, where necessary for assessment, from the date on which the Goods are delivered to the Seller.
9. The Customer will be informed of the outcome of the complaint using the contact details provided when the complaint was submitted.
10. Complaints concerning gunsmithing services shall be handled in accordance with the above provisions, taking into account the specific nature of the services provided.
§13. Personal Data
- The controller of the Customer's personal data is Jammas Sp. z o.o.
- Personal data is processed solely to the extent necessary for:
- processing and fulfilling orders;
- providing services;
- handling complaints;
- accounting and settlement purposes; and
- complying with obligations imposed by applicable law.
3. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy published on the Store's website.
§14. Liability
- The Seller exercises due care to ensure that the information presented in the Store is accurate, complete and up to date.
- The Seller shall not be liable for:
- interruptions in the operation of the Store caused by technical issues beyond the Seller's control;
- consequences resulting from the use of the Goods contrary to their intended purpose or the manufacturer's instructions;
- damage resulting from inaccurate, false or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
3. The Customer is obliged to use the purchased Goods in compliance with applicable laws, the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable safety requirements.
4. Where the possession or use of particular products is regulated by separate legal provisions, the Customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable legal requirements.
§15. Alternative Dispute Resolution
- A Consumer may make use of out-of-court procedures for the resolution of complaints and disputes, including assistance provided by the competent municipal or district Consumer Ombudsman or the relevant Provincial Inspectorate of the Trade Inspection Authority (Inspekcja Handlowa), in accordance with Polish law.
- Information regarding available alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures is also available on the website of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
§16. Final Provisions
- Matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Poland.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, including in particular:
- changes in applicable law;
- changes to the manner in which the Seller conducts its business;
- introduction of new services or Store functionalities; or
- changes to available payment or delivery methods.
3. Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the rights acquired by Customers under agreements concluded before such amendments become effective.
4. The current version of these Terms and Conditions is available on the Store's website.
5. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 15 July 2026.
